Welcome to the submission portal for the Oslo Writers League anthology, ALMOST.

The themes for this anthology are "missed opportunities" or "near misses". These themes may be interpreted however you wish.

Submissions close at midnight (CET) on 31 October, 2019. The completed anthology will be published in October 2020.

Your submission should be in English and should fit into one of the following categories:

• Literary fiction (1200-6000 words)
• Creative non-fiction or memoir (1200-6000 words)
• Poetry (no word limit, but please keep your submissions to no more than two pages)
• Speculative fiction (1200-6000 words)

Your submission should be in .doc, .docx or .rtf format, with approx. 3cm margins, double-spaced, in a clear 12-point typeface, such as Times New Roman. While we do accept some coarse language/swearing, use should not be gratuitous. We will not publish erotica or subversive pieces.

You must be a current member of the Oslo Writers League to submit for free. If you are not a member, please choose one of the paid non-member categories below. Non-members who attempt to submit without payment will be disqualified without notice.
